Booking Terms and Conditions
JOINING THE SAFARI:
It is the clients' responsibility to be available at a pre-arranged locations.
CANCELLATIONS: There will be no penalty on cancellations made more than 28-days before departure.
Cancellations made between 28-21 days before departure will forfeit 25% of the total costs.
Cancellations made between 21-14 days before departure will forfeit 50% of the total costs.
Cancellations made between 14-7 days before departure will forfeit 75% of the total costs.
Cancellations made in less than 7 days before departure will result in the whole payment being forfeited.
Additionally, this policy covers only payments made directly to Desert Flower Safaris and in the result of cancellation, the onus rests on the client to recover any monies paid to any third party.
Authority on Safari
At all times the decisions made by the tour guide shall be final. The company reserves the right at our discretion and without liability or cost to at any time cancel or terminate any clients' booking, and in particular it shall be entitled to do so in the event of illness or the illegal or incompatible behavior of any client who shall in such circumstances no be entitled to any refund.
Delays and Change of schedule
In the event of mechanical failure, sickness, weather, political unrest or any other conditions. The company reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the advertised itinerary.
Promotions
I further agree to the use, for promotional purposes, of any photographic images of me whether still shots or video, takes on the safari.
Health
Adventure travel is by definition strenuous. I declare that I am fit and i good health. I have read and understood the terms above
